For any requirement a proper solution: since more than 40 years cab develops and manufactures solutions and a large amount of accessories for product marking. The product range includes label printers, print & apply systems, label dispensers and marking laser systems. In addition, cab provides ribbons and labels for the perfect imprint. Product marking – Made in Germany.

SQUIX

They find use in various areas of use. They have been developed with consistent focus on intuitive usability and highly reliable processing.

Print mechanics and chassis are made of high-quality materials and match perfectly in design and function. A wide range of peripherals and software enable user-specific solutions.

The rugged printers stand up to any demand, whether operated stand-alone, with a PC or in a network. Print jobs are performed quickly and labels are provided straight away thanks to a high-speed processor.

HERMES Q

HERMES Q has been designed for printing and applying labels automatically in production lines. Labels are applied by applicators, using transfer modules to roll, blow or tamp labels on products or packages. Different applicators are available for selection depending on the requirement.

HERMES Q can also function as a standalone printer meaning the printer can select and print labels even when the system is disconnected from a host.

Labels are designed using software such as cablabel S3 or a text editor on a PC. Label formats, texts, graphics and data taken from a database are transferred to a memory card, a USB memory stick or the internal IFFS memory. Only variable data are sent to the printer using a keyboard, a barcode scanner, scale or another host system and/or are recalled from a host by the Database Connector and printed.

MACH 4S

The MACH 4S provide all features of an industrial printer with a wide application range.  The print mechanics and the chassis are made of high-quality materials and perfectly match  in terms of shape and function.

The large, colored touchdisplay with self-explanatory symbols offers best operability. Labels and ribbons are easy to insert from the front. The centered material guide eliminates any need of adjustments.

The hightech electronic board integrates all the needed interfaces as standard and is ready for any connection.

Hach Company manufactures and distributes analytical instruments and reagents that are used to test the quality of different water parameters and other liquid solutions. Hach systems are designed to simplify analysis by offering on-line instrumentation, portable laboratory equipment, and prepared reagents.

Orbisphere (Controller)

Designed for applications in the power generation, electronics, life sciences, beverage, chemical and water treatment industries.

Accessed through the color, touch screen. This screen acts as display and keyboard.

Na5600 SC (Sodium Analyzer)

monitors for low sodium levels with reliable online measurement technology and built-in automatic features like auto calibration and automatic electrode reactivation to save you process time.

provides real-time, accurate readings in a smaller footprint for optimal use and maximum asset protection.

Avoid Downtime: Predictive diagnostic tools, including Hach’s proprietary Prognosys technology, warning LEDs, and high visibility notification screens let you avoid unplanned downtime.

DO Sensor

Uses luminescent dissolved oxygen technology within the O₂ sensor (oxygen sensor) cap ensuring high levels of accuracy.

No membranes to replace, no electrolyte solution to replenish, and no anodes or cathodes to clean.

SC1000 (Controller)

The SC1000 consists of a Display Module and at least one Probe Module. Probe Modules for the SC1000 can be networked together to accommodate up to 32 digital sensors or analyzers.

Easy to use interface and large color touch-screen display that can be used for any number of parameters.

Available with GSM/GPRS, Ethernet, and TCP/IP capability.

pH / ORP Sensors

The former GLI, now a Hach Company brand, invented the Differential Electrode Technique for pH measurement in 1970.

The double junction salt bridge creates a barrier to contamination which minimizes the dilution of the internal standard cell solution.

SC4500 (Controller)

The SC4500’s built-in predictive diagnostic software ensures measurement confidence and reduces the risk of unexpected equipment downtime by enabling proactive maintenance planning via MSM, including step-by-step instructions.

TU5300 SC (Turbidity)

360° x 90° Detection Technology

Employs a patented optical design that sees more of your sample than any other turbidimeter, delivering the best low level precision and sensitivity while minimizing variability from test to test.

5500sc (Silica Analyzer)

Needs only two liters of reagent to perform unattended for up to 90 days.

The industry’s only pressurized reagent delivery system eliminates the frequent maintenance associated with pumps.

Grab Sample In and Out features allow quick analysis of a grab sample poured into the analyzer, and facilitate taking a sample out of the analyzer to verify in a lab test.

CL17 (Chlorine Analyzer)

It uses EPA-approved colorimetric DPD analysis to deliver accurate and reliable measurements of free or total residual chlorine.

A built-in flow meter, three-color status light, LED measurement cycle lights, and colorimeter window allow you to quickly and efficiently see that your CL17sc is functioning properly.

BioTector

Provide maximum uptime and reliability due to a patented self-cleaning oxidation technology that easily handles difficult samples and significantly reduces maintenance.

Eliminates build up issues from salts, particulates, fats, oils and greases that lead to drift and high maintenance.

With patented two-stage advanced oxidation technology, the BioTector handles even the most challenging applications involving fats, oils, greases, salts, sludge, and particulates.

With over 30 years of experience, Scaime is a world leader in weighing for automated systems, monitoring, and measurement for industry.

Transmitters

WEKA has specialised in recording the level of liquid media in tanks whose content cannot be monitored on a directly visual basis by the operator.

Whether on submarines, on offshore platforms, in chemistry or in research, high pressures and/or high temperatures are increasingly being worked with, as are media that are toxic or high-purity. In all cases, the opening of the containers is undesired or not possible, yet the level must be recorded securely and continuously.
For this purpose, WEKA has made use of the principle of magnetic transmission. In a float that floats on the surface or a separating layer, magnets are integrated whose position can be displayed electrically or visually. The magnets are so strong and stable that several millimetres to centimetres of distance can be bridged. This distance means large wall thicknesses of the float chambers and thus safe use in high pressures of the systems.

In-Tank - Tank Level Instruments (TLI)

WEKA TLI, continuous level measurement in the tank, as an ideal complement to WEKA magnetic visual level indicators

The continuous level sensors from WEKA are the ideal complement to the WEKA bypass system wherever an outer installation is not possible. Fully electronic and, apart from the float, without moving parts, they deliver reliable level values for remote indication. The XM types work according to the voltage divider principle and deliver output voltages between zero and the supply voltage along the lines of the float status. Most types are also available as an XT version, where an integrated converter changes the voltage signal into a 4…20mA signal (current sink).

Top of Tank - Visual Level Indicators (ToT VLI)

All advantages top of tank

Instead of on the side of the tank, top of tank magnetic visual level indicators are installed on top of the tank.

The magnet is not located in the float directly, but in a magnetic carrier found above the top of the tank that is connected to the float by a connecting pipe. The float system moves in a guide pipe and the fill level is displayed above the tank, as in the bypass visual level indicators. Thus, all the advantages of the magnetic visual level indicators are available.

Magnetic visual level indicators combine up to three functions in one device: level display, switch and transmitter. The display, which can be read across large distances, works without energy. The float records the fill level directly and inevitably and displays it without further calculations.

Bypass – Visual Level Indicators (VLI)

Three functions combined in one instrument

Magnetic visual level indicators combine up to three functions in one device: level display, switch and transmitter. The display, which is readable across large distances, does not use any energy and functions inevitably owing to the physical law of fluids in communicating vessels.

WEKA magnetic visual level indicators impress thanks to their compact design and their wide range of applications.
