- Assembling and Connecting:
- Assemble the machine parts following the provided assembly guidelines if required.
- Connect the machine to the power supply and any other necessary peripherals, adhering to safety protocols.
- Calibration and Setup:
- Perform initial calibration as outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Adjust settings and alignments to ensure accurate functionality.
- Initial Testing:
- Conduct preliminary tests to verify basic operations.

- Commissioning and Configuration:

Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Services
Regular preventive maintenance and accurate calibration services for weighing and motor control instruments to extend their lifespan and maintain precise measurements.
We also offer preventive maintenance contracts and calibration services on products supplied, whether it was purchased from us or not.
Our engineers and technicians that will do the preventive maintenance and calibration are knowledgeable and have been trained directly by our suppliers.

Software Development
ACTS Inc. can provide our standard truckscale or weighbridge system for capturing weights directly from the weight controller, and monitoring and reporting of truck weights. We can customize this application based on client needs depending on the reports and workflow especially if truck deliveries / dispatch go through multi level approvals
We can also develop Batch Preparation and other Scale Networking applications that will directly capture the weights from the weighing scales. This ensures that the proper weights of each raw material are maintained per batch. The application can print out barcodes per weighed material to ensure that correct item picking is done.
ACTS Inc. can also develop customized MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and other traceability applications to monitor and ensure that product quality is maintained by the plant.
